Terms & Conditions

Please note the following T&Cs:

• All products to be applied in accordance with the manufacturer's specification.

• All work carried out is as expected from a professional tradesman manner.

• Water, certified power outlet and toilet facilities to be provided by the main contractor for our use at no extra charge.

• This quote does not allow for repairs to rotten or replacement floorboards.

• No allowances for testing for asbestos, homeowner will be required to cover costs.

• Any cost associated with repairs from damage to finished floor are invoiced to the main contractor/client and payment made by the main contractor/client.

• We require unimpeded access to working areas to obtain full completion of work.

• Timber is a natural product and has variations of colour. When staining timber, these variations occur and are acceptable.

• Bin to be provided for the disposal of residual rubbish. If no bin is available on-site then Enter Sandman Floor Sanding can supply one at an extra cost.

• On-site parking to be provided for at least one Enter Sandman work vehicle.

• Enter Sandman Floor Sanding insists no persons are to sleep on site while work commences, especially while coating is in progress.

• Enter Sandman recommends the removal of all opened packets of food, fruit and vegetables from site prior to work commencing. This also includes all pets and inside plants.

• Enter Sandman Floor Sanding appreciates the client not to pop in unannounced to check progress. Once the floor is up to certain stage we enforce a no entry policy.

• All furniture, wall hangings and curtains must be cleared out prior to commencement of work. Floor must be swept and free from all staples, floor coverings and rubbish.

 

Payment is required in full no more than 14 days from date of invoice in accordance with the Construction Act 2002, unless otherwise specified herein Enter Sandman Floor Sanding Contractors reserves the right to charge interest at the rate of 4% per month on all accounts outstanding beyond above terms. Title in all materials supplied by Enter Sandman Floor Sanding Contractors under or in relation to these terms and conditions will remain with Enter Sandman Floor Sanding Contractors until complete payment of all amounts due has been received.
